Just a fairly quick Christmas card today - well I've got to add to the (very small) pile! I've followed the sketch at Cupcake Craft and then while I was blog hopping earlier I spotted a new challenge blog, just on their 2nd challenge Creative Craft where they want to see Christmas fun - hopefully a kiss under the mistletoe will fit their challenge :o)
I've used a digistamp from Digistamp Boutique, coloured with promarkers with some polar white flowersoft for snow. I think the papers are My Mind's Eye, but I bought them in a local craft shop (Craft Haven) and they didn't have any labels on. The blue cardstock has a subtle sparkly effect that doesn't really show up in the pics, and is one I bought in a big mixed box from Ideal Envelopes who are also local. The snowflake is made with the cuttlebug icicle die with lots of glamour dust added and a card candy dot to finish. I must admit I keep looking at this card and thinking she must be cold! - perhaps I should have given her some tights!
I'm Lisa, and I live in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, with my husband Pav and our 2 boys Morgan (13) and Dexter (8yrs). We also had another son, Harvey, who sadly was stillborn in Feb 2007. I've always lived in Sheffield, but my husband is from Poland.
I'm completely obsessed with cardmaking - I think I even dream cards!
Thank you to anyone who follows me, and if you visit my blog please leave a comment if you have time - then I can come and visit you :o)
