Sweet Stampin' - birthday

Happy Saturday :o)

It's our birthday over at Sweet Stampin', so we'd love you to join in with your 'birthday' themed creations!

I rummaged through my stamps recently, and realised I haven't coloured a Sugar Nellie for ages... so, I grabbed one and had a play!  Her hair is a teeny bit intimidating, but you have to try, right?  I don't think this stamp is available anymore, but her name is Tabitha and you can find other Sugar Nellies HERE.  She's coloured with copics, the papers are My Mind's Eye 'Cambridge Court', sentiment is an old one from CC Designs, numbers are Crafter's Companion dies (coated in Nuvo clear sparkle pen).

I'm here with my Sugar Nellie DT card, using one of the very pretty new All Dressed Up digi stamps.

Gorgeous isn't she?  I had another nightmare with the sticky copics again though... cleaning them really isn't helping, and I think it's because they need refilling at the same time as cleaning.  The refills are just so expensive though, and I need loads of them!

Oh well, moan over!

Hazel & Nutty - Sugar Nellie DT

Hello everyone :o)

I'm here with my Sugar Nellie DT card... the rest of the DT have been fairy obsessed this week, so I thought I'd join in and use one of my favourite stamps.

Just gorgeous isn't she?  I used the rubber version which is now retired, but she's still available as a digi... not for long though, so grab her soon if you need her!

I also used the latest MFT blueprints set... the green piece was cut out 4 times and layered up for a bit of dimension, then placed over the top of the pink piece.

We're off to get a couple of last minute bits for Morgan's birthday, which is tomorrow... we've got our pressies for him really, but my mum's poorly and hasn't been able to get to the shops, so we said we'd get what she wanted to buy him, and Dex wants a little something for him too.  No doubt we'll end up with a couple of extra bits from us too lol.

Furry Friends book card - Sugar Nellie DT

Hello everyone :o)

I've made a book card for today's Sugar Nellie DT card... haven't made one of these for ages, and I'd forgotten how fiddly they are, and how awkward it is to get decent photos of them!  I really like them though... great for putting little gifts in.

Love this cat image, I think it might be my favourite of the Furry Friends... I'm quite likely to change my mind next time I colour one though!
