Polka Dot Pals Chloe - Little Miss Muffet DT

Hello everyone... Ooh I'm very late today - we went to my mum's and I forgot to blog before we set off!

Here's my Little Miss Muffet DT card, using one of the new releases - Polka Dot Pals Chloe.  I've fussy cut her and layered her over the 'frame' she's hanging from... but I'm not sure you can really tell, except for in my close up pic...

You can see under her arm in this pic, so it looks like she's stuck in slightly the wrong place, but she's not... just the dodgy photo angle I think!

I nearly always end up doing girl's cards in pinks or purples, with flowers or butterflies... but not every girl likes girlie things do they?  So I thought I'd have a change and use colours I'd usually choose for a boy.

Items Used
White linen cardstock - Papermill Direct
Digi stamp - Polka Dot Pals Chloe - Little Miss Muffet Stamps
Colouring - copics
Ranger Inkssentials White Pen - Craft Mojo
Papers - Bazzill Basics Dino-mite - Craft Mojo
Embossing folder - Embossalicious Grande Dots
Sentiment stamp - Paper Smooches Sentiment Sampler - Craft Mojo
Buttons from my stash

Off for a quick commenting catch up, then back in the craft room!  Hope you have a lovely evening (what's left of it)... :o)

A fun card Lisa, love that image and the way you have coloured her clothes. As you say it makes a change to do non-girly, girl cards. Enjoy your evening.

Gorgeous card Lisa, such a fabulous image, beautiful colouring and a brilliant idea to use a different colour scheme - works really well with this image too as she looks like a bit of a Tomboy to me!

Hi there Lisa. She really looks like she's hanging from the bar so the angle in the second photo helps to see how you did it. So clever. Your paper combo looks great. Love it!

These colours are fab for a 'not too girly' girly card! Great fussy cutting too and bet it looks even better IRL.
Big hugs, Kat xx

I like this clean version of a girly card! It's still girly even without flowers and pink, I think it looks really great!
