Crafty Little Fairies - bows & brads

Hello everyone :o)

Our new challenge at Crafty Little Fairies is 'bows & brads', and I decided to make a real bow for a change as I usually use a die now (I must have at least 5 bow dies!).  I'm not very good at 'real' bows though so I'm sort of wishing I hadn't!  We're sponsored by Crafty Ribbons with a £10 voucher for our lucky winner.

Items Used
Petal edge card blank - Craftwork Cards
Stamp - Snow Family - LOTV
Colouring - copics
Papers - MME Mistletoe Magic - MCH
Sentiment tag stamps - LOTV
Seam binding - Ribbon Girl
Sparkly brad - Stampin' Up
Glamour Dust in Crystal

We've been to school for the boys' parents evening tonight and they're both doing very well.  Morgan's maths and literacy teacher described him as gifted (!!) and said he's got him on an accelerated learning program as he thinks he should be aiming high.  Just got to curb the silliness - funnily enough every single teacher since he started in reception has said the same lol!  And Dex is settling into Y1 nicely and doing very well with his reading.  It's always nice to get good reports at these things isn't it?!

Hope you all have a lovely evening :o)

Fab card Lisa, even if it is the dreaded Christmas cards!! You are very organised getting them done this early. One year I might try doing them before 1st Dec!!! And your bow is perfect - I dislike making bows and don't own any dies (tho I do have one of those plastic things you tie around - can't remember what it's called).

Sounds like your boys are doing fab!

You must be so proud of your boys, I know I would - I don't have any kids of my own, but knowing how proud my nephews make me, I imagine how it must feel like being the actual parent and getting such great feedback:)
I find LOTV stamps so sweet, and this one's no exception! Fab coloring and layout!
