Darkroom Door - Surfboards

Hello... Flying visit today as I'm having one of those days!

This is another of my new Darkroom Door stamps... I wanted to leave most of it uncoloured and just add a pop of colour to the surfboards, but I'm not sure if it really worked - maybe I should have used different colours.

Items Used
Stamp - Surfboards - Darkroom Door
Stamped using Archival Ink in Sepia
Colouring - copics
Papers - NEW Prima Forever Young - MCH
Memory Box Simple Banner die - MCH (out of stock)
Twine (ordinary garden twine bought in big rolls on Ebay!)
Blue fibres & starfish charm from my stash
Sentiment - Stampin' Up

Still lots more to do, but hopefully I'll be around later for a bit of a commenting catch up... and I've got a girlie creation for tomorrow (for those of you who don't like the boring male stuff!).

**Enter my candy here**

Hope you all have a lovely evening :o)

Cool! I like the DP with the lines with this image - makes me think of waves! And I think it was really clever of you to do this card in red colors, I would have played it safe with blue color tones, but the red works amazingly great, and is part of what makes this card so special!

Oooh I want to be there! Not surfing - just in the sun would be nice. A great masculine card. Fab colour and paper choices. Hugs, Lesley

Great surfer card...the adult kids of our best friends all surf. The guys and also one girl...so I didn't say great masculine card!~ teehee

Love the way you stamped the sea...gives it more of an edge which so suits a surfer type card.
