Prairie Fairy blog hop & valentine's challenge!

Here's my creation for the hop and Fairy Fun Fridays valentine's challenge:

I've used the fab Lover Boy image, coloured with promarkers. I cut him out and mounted him on a pale lilac circle and mounted that onto a light brown blossom nestie. The papers are DCWV, with coredinations & papermania cardstock. The border was cut with the MS zig zag border punch and I layered a lilac spotty ribbon on top, and cut it slightly wider than the cardstock so that it would overlap the edges. The sentiment is a Pink Petticoat download printed onto the pale lilac cardstock. Added some card candy dots to finish.

This card seems tiny to me - I'm used to making 6x6, 5x7 and lately loads of 8x8, but this one is a teeny A2 sized that I've cut so that the fold is at the top, because I've never done one before and I fancied a change! I'm giving this one to my 7yr old son Morgan, who is very excited to be a junior Guest Designer this month at Fairy Fun Fridays.
