This one is quite fussy for me isn't it?  Morgan's dad (not Pav, the 'other one' lol) recently moved in with his girlfriend, and Morgan seems very fond of her.  It's her birthday today and Morgan asked me for a special card... I got in a bit of a flap making it and seem to have chucked everything on lol!  Well it's a bit stressful making something special for a new 'step-mum'... hope she likes it!  Morgan was happy with it anyway.

I'm here with my DT card for Little Miss Muffet, using the super sweet Polka Dot Pals Lydie... I'm not sure what possessed me, because I'm rubbish at circle cards (and not much better at easels!), but for some reason I made a circle easel lol...

I know it's a bit on the simple side, but you wouldn't believe how long I faffed around trying to add 'stuff'... gave up and left it as it was in the end!

Heart Parade

A couple of new Simon Says Stamp dies arrived on Friday, and I just couldn't wait to use this one...

I cut it in white 4 times and layered them together, then once in red so I could fill in some of the hearts.

It's a very simple card, but it's one of those 'makes me happy' creations!

Polka Dot Pals Chloe - Little Miss Muffet DT

Hello everyone... Ooh I'm very late today - we went to my mum's and I forgot to blog before we set off!

Here's my Little Miss Muffet DT card, using one of the new releases - Polka Dot Pals Chloe.  I've fussy cut her and layered her over the 'frame' she's hanging from... but I'm not sure you can really tell, except for in my close up pic...

You can see under her arm in this pic, so it looks like she's stuck in slightly the wrong place, but she's not... just the dodgy photo angle I think!

I nearly always end up doing girl's cards in pinks or purples, with flowers or butterflies... but not every girl likes girlie things do they?  So I thought I'd have a change and use colours I'd usually choose for a boy.
