James Daisy

Hello everyone :o)

I couldn't resist the new James stamps from LOTV's recent release, even though I've got loads of stamps still to be used... at least I've got this one coloured in though!  Isn't he gorgeous?

I put a Polish sentiment on a card for Pav's Grandad today, and when Pav got in from work he announced I'd spelt one of the words wrong... funnily enough I don't speak any Polish and copied the sentiment exactly as he'd written it for me - apparently I was supposed to know there was a typo!  Flippin' men!

    He looks lovely Lisa. I keep looking at these stamps but have managed to resist so far.....hope I can hold out until the Hobbycraft show and then I can treat myself!

    Gorgeous James card. That colouring, particularly the sky is fabulous! I love the coordinating dazzler to the flowers.
    I read your post to my hubby who said, as he left the room quickly, had you not read his mind! Cheeky man. At least you can read Pav's writing even his typos, my hubby's writing is awful so I don't even try to read it. Have a good night. Debra x

    This is beautiful Lisa. I love James and your colouring is perfect. I used him yesterday and he was a bit dark, but yours is lovely. The papers are gorgeous too.
    Love the bit about the Polish sentiment. It made me smile! :0)

    Crystal ball failure strikes again Lisa...happens in my house too. According to the "significant other" I should know what he means at all times!! Great card, I failed to resist some new James stamps and also had an "accidental" 3 for £10 today too...whoops!! xx

    Oh Lisa, this is just gorgeous! And I know what you mean about the new stamps being irresistable... I made the mistake of going to the shop on the Saturday, and no way was I going to walk out of there without a bag full of James! lol.
    I really, really love the colour you've used for James. I'm thinking I should invest in some brown copics, as the Promarkers aren't great for browns... x

    This is such a lovely card Lisa, I love everything about it.
    Had to resist the LOTV sale and promotion I'm afraid, saving up for Hobbycraft show at the NEC in March, but that won't be long to wait now. In the meantime I'll enjoy looking at your fab colouring.
