Exciting news!

I've had some great news - I've been asked to be part of the DT for a brand new challenge blog Cards For Men which is starting up on 1st December! I used to really worry about making men's cards when I first started cardmaking, but I enjoy it now - they're fun, honest! I still have the occasional person that I'm a bit clueless about, but usually it's a good excuse to buy more stash!

I've had a look at the other DT members blogs and I must admit I'm a bit worried - I'll have to up my game a bit I think! Hopefully the blog will become a great place to go for inspiration for those sometimes tricky cards. I'm really looking forward to it - hope you'll all join in when the challenges start :o)

Oh, and thanks for everyone's nice messages about Dex's jabs earlier - he was ok, although he cried lots obviously, a few chocolate buttons soon cheered him up!

  7. Congrats on the DT post Lisa. You are going to be very busy! It will be nice to have a blog with men's cards. I think they are the most difficult ones to make. Vicky mentioned they were looking for DT members and I did think about it but I thought men's cards might be a bit difficult. Saying that I have a husband, son, son-in-law and three nephews and hopefully soon a grandson. I think I will need to join in the challenges!
