DIY Monkey - DigiStamp Boutique DT

Hello everyone :o)

I'm back with my 2nd post for today, another DT card for DigiStamp Boutique using a cute image from the Cheeky Monkey set that was released this month.


I'm not too sure about this card now it's finished... I added that blue strip as an afterthought, as it seemed to need a bit more 'something', but I think it was a mistake.  It looks a bit too fussy now... and it's for a customer who tends to prefer them simple!  Might have to colour him in again and make another.

    I very behind with my comments so I hope you don't mind three in one.
    Claudia's kitty card is so lovely. I wouldn't have thought to put pink and orange together but they go so well on your card.
    I do love the Gerbera and it looks fab in red.
    The monkey is great. I think the papers are brill together and I don't feel the blue is at all out of place or too fussy but I know us crafters will always make another one if we're just not happy with a card. Debra x
