Best Birthday Ever

Well... hello!

Haven't I been a rubbish blogger eh?  There's nothing wrong, so I hope I've not worried anyone... assuming anyone noticed I'd disappeared!  I'm just struggling to get back into the whole crafting and blogging routine.  Even when I manage to make something, I can't seem to get round to blogging it!  To be honest, this probably won't change until the extension's completed, which is at least a few months away, so it's going to be a fairly quiet blogging year for me I think.

So anyway... here's a card at last!  Made using one of the fab Large Birthday Sentiments from DigiStamp Boutique.

The papers are Bazill Basics, the star die is from Joanna Sheen (cut into two pieces), and the numbers are an MFT die.

And a pic of the furry one who disrupted my routine in the first place.  Chester's now nearly 7 months old, and for a puppy, is very well behaved and 'easy' usually, apart from wanting to be everyone's friend when we're out for a walk... He'd also love to be friends with the cat, but Boris is not having any of it!

I do have other cards finished, so hopefully it won't be too long before I blog again... Have a fab weekend, and thanks for popping in :o)

  1. Hello stranger!!
Firstly - your card is gorgeous. Love the sentiment and fab papers.

An extension - how exciting! Is it all going well? We are having one done too! Ours started in March. I haven't had a kitchen for the last 6 weeks! We are changing all the rooms downstairs so living out of boxes at the minute!! If I don't laugh I'll cry soon!!
Hope yours is going really well

  15. Lovely to see a card from you and super one at that, we didn't go for the extension in the end (too many problems with deep drains), so instead we are changing our conservatories roof with soft tiles, insulation and plaster board.

Gee Chester is looking a big boy these days and i love the fact he tries to play with the cat and fails ;-), Luv Sam x
