Hello everyone :o)
I'm here with my Sugar Nellie DT card, using a gorgeous older stamp by Leanne Ellis... yes, another of my favourites! I love all of the sweet little Annie stamps - this one is called Fizz.
Yesterday evening Dex lost his very first tooth... aww!... And then we discovered that Morgan had head lice... not aww!!! So I've been mostly shampooing and combing since we got in from school... fingers crossed we've sorted it. I suppose we've been lucky really, as neither of them have had them before now.
Off for a little catch up with your blogs... Hope you all have a lovely evening :o)
This is lovely Lisa - I really like the roughed up edges.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet about Dexter's tooth - it sounds a bit weird but I have kept all of Joshua's teeth. Once he realised there was no tooth fairy, I came clean about my little collection and told him I was going to make a necklace out of them. The look on his face was priceless!!
Too bad about your extra 'family pets' - hopefully the shampoo will sort them out…makes my head itchy just thinking about it!!

Lovely card! Love the spotty theme with this card.
ReplyDeleteYep definitely aww about Dex's tooth, but the head lice very unwelcome. I made it a competition with my lads on who had the most to squash when combing them out as it made them laugh. I always got them as well which was a pain as I had long hair at the time. Hope the little blighters are gone now. Debra x
Sweet about Dex's tooth and Yak about the other family "thing"....Ooo I used to hate it if there was an outbreak at my kids school (which seemed to be all the time)I used to spend all night scratching my head!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, love that image too and your sketch and colours are just lovely.
