I'm having a very grumpy day today, sorry! Been traipsing around trying to get some last minute bits (what exactly do you buy for male teachers????) And hubby's now got tonsillitis, so I've officially had enough of all the rotten bugs we've had... that's enough now, thank you very much.
Here's Dexter's cards for his class this year - I made 26 of these... my mum thinks I'm quite mad as I could buy a little pack for next to nothing, but I just can't bring myself to buy any cards lol!
I layered some cute images from Pink Gem Designs onto the paper using Serif PagePlus - quite easy to use and FREE to download :o)
Items Used
9.5cm square card blanks cut from red Papermill card
Digi paper - Merry & Bright set - Pink Gem Designs
Not much more to say about these really, so I'll dash off and catch up with a few of your blogs while I can... Hope you all have a lovely evening :o)
such a shame you have been effected by lots of winter bugs!!! your cards are adorable .... yes I do think we crafters are mad!! sure all the children will love the cards. Hugs juls
ReplyDeleteAwh, chin up chuck, hope everyone feels better soon - I just have the horrible feeling that the germs are lying in wait for me until 23 December!! Loving these cute cards, I'll bet Dex was chuffed! Hugs Sxx
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic what a fabulous idea, I love the images. I hope everybody is feeling better soon. Caroline xxx
ReplyDeleteThou art a better man than me Gungadin! (To really badly misquote!!).
ReplyDeleteI let Emily go buy two diddy boxes of Christmas cards for £2! I did make Christmas cards for her at Nursery and no-one even noticed all my hard work, I said never, ever again and I haven't since!! The only problem I had is that she needed 32 cards and wanted to find a box of 32 cards - not possible!!
Fab cards tho, really sweet and love that they are personalised.
Sorry to hear that you are being plagued by bugs - hope you are all feeling better soon. None of us are ill but I still am not the most Christmassy person going - I get through it rather then enjoy it.
Sarah

ReplyDeleteSorry you're having a bah humbug day! I hope all the bugs leave you alone soon.
