A little bit different for me....

No cute images today!  I wanted to make something using these gorgeous new Glitz Design Cashmere Dame papers, and I thought this Stamping Bella stamp would work nicely with them.  It's from a set of 'Funky Barcode' stamps that I chose when I won a Simon Says Stamp voucher a few months ago.

I stamped the sentiment on a piece of twill ribbon, to look sort of like a garment label, but the ink bled slightly and it's irritating me... so I might end up changing it!

Items Used
Stamping Bella - Funky Barcodes set - Simon Says Stamp
Glitz Design - Cashmere Dame papers - MCH
Sentiment stamp - Stampin' Up
Oval Nestabilities
Memory Box - Whimsical Flourish die - MCH
Memory Box - Scalloped Posie die - MCH
MeiFlower beaded pearl hearts - silver - MCH (reverse side)
Large blue pearl from stash, black pearls from MeiFlower coffee mix - MCH
Twill ribbon - Fantastic Ribbons
Sweetheart Blossoms - Wild Orchid Crafts

I'm entering my card for the following challenges
Crafty Ribbons - fab sketch
Paper Playtime - gingham + die cut/ punch
Wild Orchid Crafts - layer it up

Here's a pic of my little schoolboy Dex, as promised yesterday :o)

He's not as worried as he looks - just not keen on having his photo taken... bit like me then!  And they've all got name labels on this week while their teacher gets to know them... just in case you thought I'd labelled him myself lol.

Hope you have a lovely evening :o)
