A card at last!

Hello!  I've finally made a card - haven't been up to crafting for 2 whole weeks and I was beginning to get very frustrated.  Last week when I posted, I'd hoped that the antibiotics would be finished and I'd start to feel better, but the doc put me on some different ones that made me sick so I felt even worse... sob!  I think it's going to take a little while to get things back to normal, but I really needed to make something, so here's a little creation for The Stamp Basket blog...

Quite a simple card, but I'm happy just to have got started again :o)  I've coloured the adorable Tilly with promarkers and flexmarkers, and added some Viva pearl dots around her.  The frame die is Stampin' Up, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and the yellow thread is from my stash.  Everything else is from The Stamp Basket.

I'm putting Waste Not Wednesdays on hold for a bit until I've caught up with other stuff, so apologies if you came to link up for that.  Sorry to have been missing for so long - thank you for all your lovely comments while I've been away from my blog!  Hope you have a lovely evening :o)

    So good to see you back with a gorgeous creation Lisa, I was getting worried about you...take it easy and don't rush anything it took me about 6 months to get back to my normal self after I had pnuemonia!

    Glad to hear you are feeling better - i've had the same problem with anti biotics, so i now refuse to take any.

    It might be simpler but it's beautiful! Don't rush hun, it's a nasty thing to have - really does knock the stuffing out of you! My GP was sure I had it last year, thankfully for me I didn't but what I did have took 4-6 weeks after second lot of anti-biotics before I felt better!
