Passion For Promarkers - a day at the zoo!

Our theme for this week at Passion For Promarkers is 'a day at the zoo', chosen by the lovely Emma.  A nice fun one I think :o)  We're sponsored by Joanna Sheen so our lucky winner will receive a £10 voucher to spend in her fab online shop.



I've used the super cute Marco monkey from DigiStamp Boutique, coloured with promarkers, flexmarkers and koh-i-noor pencils.  I love the new flexmarker brown shades!  The papers are Doodlebug, with Stampin' Up textured kraft card, the bright green card is a scrap of DCWV.  Number 3 cut with the sizzix 'night & day' alphabet, sentiment is Stampin' Up.

I'm entering my card for the following challenges:

Well I should be frantically running around doing housework today (got visitors tomorrow and let's just say my house sports the 'lived in' look lol) but I've got a rotten cold and I really can't be bothered!  So I might just sit here for the morning and catch up with some commenting instead... maybe I'll summon some energy and enthusiasm for cleaning later, you never know!

    Such a cool card, love the colour combo and the colouring is great. Dust bunnies don't like to be disturbed and seem to multiply every time I try so I have stopped trying lol

    Oh this is so cute. Love that leafy paper and your sky is awesome.
    Hope the cold goes soon - there seems to be loads of people suffering at the mo - mine went away last week!!

    Hiya sweets love this awesome card & I'm soooo loving this cute monkey he is just lush. Love your sky as well hun.
    Do ya know energy has to build up but in order for it to build up you have to REST!!! So you cant POSSIBLY do any cleaning yet hun you will burn out & the there will be all that smoke.....well ya gotta think of the enviroment hun........

    Another really cute card, love the image and your papers. We're in spring here now...hay fever!! So I'm in sympathy. I know what you mean about visitors, when I get some and my house is not clean (I am a bit of a fuss pot in that regard) the first thing I say is "oh, don't look at my floor" and of course the first thing they do is...look at my floor. You'd think I'd just learn to shut up and rely on their good manners to not mention it, lol. Dee
